• All packages are customized. Choices on some packages can be extensive and can be discussed by appointment.

• 6% sales tax and 18% gratuity are added

Salad - On each guest seat with choice of two dressings or salad bar. Plated salad served individually or salad bar.

Stationary Displays

Festive Mexican Displays - $3.25 pp
A festive display of yellow and blue corn tortilla chips served with guacamole (a blend of avocado, fresh tomatoes and seasonings), garden jalapeño salsa (a mixture of fresh garden tomatoes, onions, green peppers and jalapeños) and sour cream.

Gourmet Cheese Display - $3.75 pp
An assortment of international and domestic cheeses (flavors include but not limited to bleu cheese, brie, cheddar, Monterey jack, provolone, baby Swiss) garnished with fresh fruit and accompanied by assorted crackers and pita slices.

Seasonal Fresh Fruit Display - $4.00 pp
A display of fresh fruits served with an assortment of yogurt dipping sauces (fruit may include pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries and any other fruit in season)

Garden Fresh Crudites - $3.00 pp
An assortment of seasonal vegetables (including broccoli tops, cauliflower tops, baby carrots, celery, cherry or grape tomatoes and sweet peppers) served with a creamy ranch dressing and a tangy bleu cheese dressing.

Antipasta Display - $5.50 pp
Assorted domestic and imported meats (including but not limited to ham, salami, capacola, Italian roast beef) and cheese (including but not limited to provolone, fresh mozzarella and Swiss) accompanied by a garden medley of fresh vegetables and salads (olive and parmesan salad, roasted red pepper salad, and chicken antipasto) served with gourmet Italian breads with butter and infused olive oil.

Smoked Salmon Display - $6.75 pp
An international display of smoked Norwegian salmon accompanied by pumpernickel bread, horseradish, capers, sour cream, chopped scallions, chopped eggs and cream cheese.

Raw Bar - Market Price
An iced display of oysters and little neck clams served with fresh lemon, horseradish and cocktail sauce (u-peel shrimp or chilled medium to large cleaned shrimp may be added to the display at 100 pieces at the market price).
